I was going through a wave of depression and doubting everything around me
and I heard about Joel after a friend invited me to the Monday night sessions with Joel. I was attending sessions with a psychiatrist at the time. From the next day after that Monday night session with joel, I felt like I had been born again into a new person and had a new perspective/journey to walk through and look forward to. I felt at peace, all I had was a 10 min convo with Joel to change everything. I never went to another psychiatrist session after that and I was no longer in this state of depression and feeling worthless.
